The story behind the illustrations
For all strong boys and girls out there we made 2 illustrations, depicting Ginger Jack and Curcuma Jane on the terrain they love most : gravel. The drawings have a slight touch of Art-Nouveau through the lines used in the background and are the result of sipping endless shots of ginger and curcuma. Which to be honest is quite a boost for the inner balance 🙂
We started with classic pencil drawings that then received a digital makeover. Finally the backgrounds were added, with the colours referring to the respective ginger and curcuma drinks. We'll bring some prints to the Kempen, don't worry!

Having said that, we hope to see you there on the 19th of April, during what will be a fun and memorable event. Thanks in advance already for everyone that participates, buys 1 or 2 bottles, a handful of shirts, or contributes in another way to stronger legs for those who were less fortunate.
Special credits to our friends at Ginger Jack, the crew from Thomas Moore high school that help in organising the event, to Dzesika Sereykite for posing and last but not least To Walk Again who continue to inspire us to go the extra pedal and brush stroke.
Now we'll need to get urgently in shape, burn all Easter eggs that we ate the past weeks and not make a bad figure in Westerlo next week!
